Opened up kitchen entry
Today was a major step! We took out the wall between the kitchen and living room to create a more open feel. What a difference this has made! We had a header installed and will have to reroute some electrical. We have to have electric work done anyway because we found old knob and tube (spliced - yikes!) under the ceiling when it was taken out. It is already looking like a completely different house.
Big difference! To be honest, the entire space feels a little smaller, but the flow between rooms is so much nicer. We love the open feel!
