We took a day trip up to Merrill today to pick up another Craigslist find. This time it was engineered hardwood maple flooring. It almost matches what we put in upstairs. We are so excited about this find - can't wait to install it!!

Our latest project has been painting the frames of the rest of the downstairs windows.  We started with brushes, but found that spray paint worked much better.  We're going with a gloss finish to match the rest of the trim in the living room.
